Before you book

Quick checks you can do safely

Some problems have simple causes. Before booking, you can safely check a few things — and if the purifier still doesn’t work, FILTARO can take it from there.

  • Is the purifier switched on at the wall, and is the inlet water supply open?
  • Is there water pressure from the regular tap the purifier is connected to?
  • Has it been a long time since the last service or filter change?
  • For leaks: switch off the purifier and the inlet valve, and keep the area dry until it is checked.

FAQ

RO Repair — Questions

What RO problems can be repaired?

Common issues include no water, low flow, leakage, unusual noise, a tank that does not fill, changes in taste and power or start-up problems. The cause is confirmed by inspection, since similar symptoms can have different causes.

Will I know what needs to be done before the repair?

Yes. FILTARO explains the service requirement — including any parts that need replacing — before proceeding.

How much does RO repair cost?

It depends on the fault and any parts required, so it is confirmed after diagnosis. You will be told what is needed before work begins.

Can you repair my purifier’s brand?

Share the brand and model when you book and FILTARO will confirm. FILTARO is an independent service business and is not the purifier manufacturer.

Should I keep using the purifier if it is leaking?

It is safer to switch it off and close the inlet valve until it is checked, to avoid water damage.
